2. WILLIAM² MCCORKLE (FRANCES M.¹) was born July 20, 1872, and died September 30, 1929. He married MARTHA LODESKI SIMMONS Bef. 1904, daughter of UNKNOWN SIMMONS and AMANDA "SIMMONS". She was born September 12, 1864 in Tennessee, and died March 15, 1942 in Luther, Oklahoma.

Children of WILLIAM MCCORKLE and MARTHA SIMMONS are:

i. MILDRED³ MCCORKLE, b. Abt. 1904; d. 1980; m. UNKNOWN VARNER.

ii. GLEN MCCORKLE, b. April 29, 1904; d. January 1975; m. THELMA EVELYN ROGERS, January 28, 1930; b. January 22, 1908, Luther, OK; d. September 29, 1996, Oklahoma City , OK.
