This Researcher's Page was born of desperation, after a near-total wipeout of my address book and message files. It should not only serve as a safeguard against losing contact information in the future, but should make it easier for those studying the same families to find each other.

These families were among the earliest settlers of Deep Fork, Luther, and Dewey Townships. All came to Oklahoma Territory from Kansas and Missouri, but their roots go back to Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and the Carolinas.
