LOOKUP OFFERS
Updated May 25, 2004
All of my lookup offers have been accumulated here. If the material itself is now online, I've
included information to help you find it. If it's not, I've given a
brief description of the lookup offer and relevant links to related
information. A search box & e-mail link are also provided at the bottom of this
page.

For Luther, OK and the Surrounding
Area |
| 1900 Census |
For Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie Counties,
Oklahoma Territory. To request a lookup, include the county, page #,
and Dwelling # as well as the name of the Head of Household. If you
don't have access to a standard index, you can use the ones I have
posted for many townships in the area. See the census
page for links to individual townships or use the search engine to
find the Head of Household. |
| 1910 Census |
For Lincoln, Logan, and parts of Oklahoma County. To request a lookup, include the county, page #,
and Dwelling # as well as the name of the Head of Household. Because
some pages of the 1910 census were re-copied, it is not as
useful in determining exact location as the 1900 one. |
| 1955 Telephone Book |
Residential listings for Chandler, Luther, and
Wellston Oklahoma are now online. For business lookups, just provide the name
of the individual or business. |
| Luther HS Alumni |
Not online, and won't be posted because we want to
hear from you! An unofficial Alumni list compiled for Luther High School,
Oklahoma County, 1905-1956. |
| Luther & Washington Yearbooks |
Washington 1954, Luther 1957 & 1963. I
have put photos of some of the buildings online. For lookups &
photo scans, just give me a name and approximate grade or class each
individual would have belonged to that year. |
| Remember
Arcadia |
A book published by the Arcadia Reminiscence Association in
the late 1970s. I have a fairly good photocopy, which I am using to
flesh out the information on some of our family pages. In the meantime, you can request
a lookup regarding any of the featured
families. If you have vintage pictures online for any of these
families please contact me about
adding links to your pages. If you have photos but don't maintain
your own site, please contact me
about adding scans to this one. |
| Luther Oklahoma, Via Route US 66 |
Copyright 1991 by Frances Clark White. I have put the family
index online to make it easier to request lookups, but have also gleaned many tidbits for comparison with
family information from other sources. |
| As We Recollect |
"The memories of long time residents of
Luther Community, compiled by Mrs. Zelma Christy's eighth grade English
Class of 1983-84." List
of those interviewed. |
| Vintage Maps |
I have copies of sixteen old topographic maps of
central Oklahoma, some of which date back to the earliest days of
statehood. They show long-gone schools, abandoned railroads, and original
homesteads. List of Maps and the Townships they cover. |

For the Sac & Fox Agency |
| Allotments |
Specify the Tribe
[Absentee Shawnee, Iowa, Kickapoo, Pottawatomi, or Sac & Fox] and tell
me as much as you can about the family you're looking for -- Indian
names, English names [if known], ages, where they lived at the time. The more points I have
for comparison, the better chance I have of finding them for you. |
| 1900
IPS |
The Indian Population Schedule for Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, and Pottawatomi Counties only.
Click on this link for more information about what is available. If
you have access to an index, please include the page number in your
request. If not, specify the Tribe
[Absentee Shawnee, Iowa, Kickapoo, Pottawatomi, or Sac & Fox] and tell
me as much as you can about the family you're looking for. English
names, Indian names, ages, anything you know about where they lived at the
time. The more points I have
for comparison, the better chance I have of finding them for you. |
